Kyle Gladney Animation -Flow and Stop Commercial



I created this animation for a Product called Flow and Stop. I used Maya2010, a 3D modeling program, with Adobe Photoshop images to create color. I hope you enjoy it. Oh...they payed me hahaha.

As CEO of Gladney Graphics I have three fundamental roles. First, I am a leader. As a leader, I establish and direct the vision and mission of the team. In this capacity I am the source of visionary strength of my company and I keep it on a consistent track to achieving my vision. Second I am the project manager. In this role, I am responsible for directing the operational activities of Gladney Graphics by scheduling the utilization of the company’s resources, including people and capital equipment. In this way, I get things done through the efforts of the people in the company. I am responsible for establishing and executing my company’s operating plan which is necessary to achieve my company’s objectives. Third, I am a coach, and as such I pick the people for my management team and improve the performance of people through ongoing counseling. As a coach, I work with people to help them become greater contributors by helping them improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
